our intent is to create limited pieces based on demand and reduce our contribution to environmental damage and carbon footprint with a mindful approach to our manufacturing and production processes.
how does made-to-order work?
in a nutshell, a made-to-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been produced and will be created per your request with certain elements tailored to your body measurements, which means it's unique to you.
to pre-order an item:
- simply add an item to your cart, as you would for any normal order.
- you will then need to follow the checkout process, as normal – no changes here – and pay for your item in full.
- your order will be dispatched on the date provided on the product page by complimentary standard shipping. we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your made-to-order item by email.
can I cancel a made-to-order item?
for non-custom tailored pieces, you have before we ship your product to cancel your made-to-order.
for custom tailored pieces to your height and/or your sleeve length, you can cancel your piece before we start producing it. if your piece is in production, then we cannot cancel your item.

can I return or exchange a made-to-order?
for non-custom tailored pieces that are in default standard sizes, we accept returns and exchanges on all orders as long as the items are new with tags attached and able to be resolved as new.
for custom tailored pieces, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for pieces tailored to your personal measurement except for measurement, fabric, and/or color deviation from our end based on the information you've provided.
