Kmono Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges For Default Size Pieces:

We offer free returns and exchanges on all US-based orders for any reason, provided the garments remain in unworn condition (neither washed nor altered) and are returned to our US-based warehouse within 14 days of the original purchase date.
We do not currently accept refunds to the original payment method – only returns for store credit or exchanges for a new colour are permitted at this time.
Please send an email to support@kmonofashon.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return address. Please note that you are responsible for the cost to return your order to our Bali-based warehouse.
You will be provided with a prepaid USPS shipping label via the self-guided portal that can be used to return your order to our US-based warehouse.
In your return package, please include the packing list that shipped with your order and ensure that any tags are still affixed to the garments.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way

We offer returns and exchanges on all international (non-US) orders for any reason, provided the garments remain in unworn condition (neither washed nor altered) and are returned to our Bali-based warehouse within 14 days of the original purchase date.
We do not currently accept refunds to the original payment method – only returns for store credit or exchanges for a new size or colour are permitted at this time.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Kmono Fashion using a trackable method by your courier of choice. Please declare the items as “returned goods” on the customs form of your shipment to avoid any unnecessary import or export fees.
In your return package, please include the packing list that shipped with your order.
Any import fees, duties, and/or taxes associated with your original order are not eligible for reimbursement by to Kmono Fashion. These fees can be refunded via duty drawback through your home country’s local customs office.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it is received and inspected by our warehouse.
Upon inspection and approval of your return, store credit will be emailed to you in the form of an to Kmono Fashion gift card with no expiration date. Any original shipping fees associated with your order are not eligible for reimbursement.
Upon inspection and approval of your exchange, your new items will be shipped for free from our Bali-based warehouse and should arrive within 3-5 business days for locations within Indonesia via RPX. For all other destinations around the globe, your exchange will be shipped via FedEx and should arrive within 5-10 business days.
Tracking information will be provided via email confirmation as soon as your exchange has shipped.

We do not accept returns for exchanges/refunds for any reasons except the following conditions:

If the piece you ordered has a significant deviation of measurements from the measurements you ordered:

We will exchange the deviated piece for the same piece (same fabric, color, and details) with the corrected measurements.

If the item you ordered has different options than the options you’ve ordered:

We will exchange the piece in the same measurements as the original order with the corrected options.

We will not accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons (dislike style, dislike color, etc)

It is important to do your due diligence, especially for sizing, when ordering.
